Myrtle in the Middle

This post is kinda late but there are so many pictures, It took me a while to get them up and this isn't all of them:)

Two weeks ago, Josh, Eli and I were graciously invited to spend a long weekend at Myrtle Beach (for a second time this summer) with our friends The Holtschneiders (from Willimasburg, Va), The McCloys (from Boulder, Co), The Schoonovers (from Reston, Va) and the Todds (from Newport News, Va). We all had so much fun that we are attempting to make it an annual trip, therefore I am naming it (because no one gave me any better ideas)....

Myrtle in the Middle!! because it is almost in the middle for us all...except for the McCloys who were coming to Virginia to visit anyway!

We had eight adults, two two year-olds, one three-year-old and a one-month old in one condo, along with Mrs. Todd, Andrew and James in another one... Believe it or not, it wasn't even that chaotic.. Eli loved having Nora and Daniel around to play with and the place we stayed came with a huge indoor water park with two kids areas, about eight pools, two water slides and two lazy rivers... it couldn't have been any better. (it's called The Dunes Village and I recommend it to anyone).. I could go on and on but really????.... don't you just want to see the pictures?

Here is the slideshow

You did awesome with the name! Way better than anything I could have come up with!!! When I first saw the title I thought "Josh came through for her!" So kudos to you!

Great Pics!

The pictures and title are perfect! Here is the only problem with the pictures, there are very few of you! I guess that is the problem when you are the photographer, we will have to do a better job next time. Daniel really misses you guys and has been wanting to skype for the past couple of nights, especially after I showed him the pictures. Can't wait until next summer.

It looks like everyone had a good time. I am definitely interested in the Dunes Village. It looks very kid friendly.

Hey! Looks like y'all had a blast! Wow, if I was only within driving distance I'd totally force myself on the situation. As it is, I'm so happy you guys got to spend that time together! Everyone looks FANTASTIC! I agree, though, not enough pictures of Nikki!

I really love all the pictures that you took. I wish we had gone with you guys to the village the last night instead of the place the boys and I went to that was right across from our hotel. We got soooo wet from the downpour and we still went to see the movie in an air conditioned theater in our sopping wet clothes wrapped in smelly beach towels. You were so lucky that you missed the storm.
