I mean......seriously???

So, let me begin this rant by saying this: I know pregnancy is a wonderful and beautiful experience. It is pure joy to bring a child into this world and I really enjoyed being pregnant with Eli!

That being said, when I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror, I thought to myself (repeat blog title here)...

On top of nausea, shooting leg pain, headaches, exhaustion, stretch marks, weight gain and the myriad of my other pregnancy related issues now I have been blessed with........ acne? Really? Is there no end to what else I get to experience?

But, some people have asked so here is the first picture of pregnant me at almost 4 months (pre acne)..

I think it has something to do with that serpent and the forbidden fruit in that story of Eden. Sorry, sweetie!

Nikki, you look great. :) You would think that you would be spared all the not so nice pregnancy side effects since you are carrying 2 though!

Maybe because you are having twins, you get all of the pregnancy symptoms, plus some extra!

Nikki, you really do look great. I'm sorry your are experiencing all the bad side effects of pregnancy. Maybe it won't be so bad later except for the big belly you are going to get. But you really do look great and I mean that.

I showed Nora the picture of you pregnant and told her that you have TWO babies in your tummy, and she said, in amazement, "Wow, she's so good at putting babies in her tummy, like I put my piggy in my tummy!" (She stuffed a pig up her shirt a few months ago)

It's so not fair that you only get fat in your belly... :) You look wonderful!
